I'm Vera, a freelance illustrator and originally an architect from Berlin with a passion for drawing and illustrating.

Even as a child, I loved creating characters and new worlds. My art is rich in details and influenced by flora, fauna and childhood dreams. I love telling stories and capturing moods and the beauty of things. I like the vibrancy of bright colors, but also the clarity of black and white images.

When I don't have a pen in my hand, you can find me taking photos, in the countryside or in the fabulous, colorful world of my little daughter.
